I've written earlier about Anthony Townsend's work on the changes coming to urban areas with wireless access. (And I'm pleased to say he's now a colleague at ITP as well.) Now he's gotten a Fulbright to study the social effects of near-ubiquitous broadband penetration in Korea, of both wired and wireless varieties, and has set up a weblog for posting his observations.
