Definitely CueCat-ish! The difference is that these little widgets can be anywhere, not just magazines. Also, they're using existing deployed devices, rather than trying to get you to install software and hardware.
Can you imagine a room with wallpaper filled with these glyphs? Interesting way to take a "business card" with you.
